It is important to Dr Olsburgh that his patients are listened to, treated with kindness and return with a smile, and that patients are given the utmost care and attention throughout their treatment.
Dr Olsburgh, of Swiss and British descent, graduated with a degree in dentistry at the University of Geneva, then practiced general dentistry and paedodontics (dental care given to children) for 3 years. At the end of this period, he presented his doctoral thesis on dental materials for which he received the Ernest Metral Prize, awarded by the University of Geneva.
He then went to the United States to major in orthodontics in Los Angeles, at the University of Southern California. His was awarded the Thomas Graber Award of Special Merit by the American Association of Orthodontics for his research work.
After his return to Switzerland, Dr Olsburgh opened his practice in Lausanne and passed the equivalent of his American diploma by becoming a Swiss specialist in orthodontics (CH). His private practice has been in operation since September 2004.
Dr Olsburgh is a member of the Dental Association of the Canton of Vaud (SVMD), the Swiss Dental Association (SSO), the American Association of Orthodontics and the International College of Dentists.
Dr Olsburgh is bilingual (French/English).
